Michelle Adjangba '13 (Charlotte, N.C.) JV Girls’ Soccer
Michelle scored the winning goal off of a corner kick with 15 minutes remaining in the game against St. Andrews. She has scored in three of the squad’s four games this season.
Quinn Davis '12 (Pottstown, Pa.) Varsity Boys’ Cross Country
On Friday, Quinn placed 9th out of 322 runners at the Paul Short Invitational in an excellent 16:44 time. This follows his equally strong effort last week when he placed 4th in the Canterbury Invitational against many of the major New England boarding schools.
Colten Habecker '14 (Douglassville, Pa.) Varsity Boys’ Soccer
Colten recorded a goal (his fourth of the season) and an assist (his third) in The Hill’s 2-0 victory over Inter-Ac foe Chestnut Hill Academy and had several deep runs against #1 nationally ranked St. Benedict’s Prep earlier in the week.
Andie Hagemeier '12 (New York, N.Y.) Varsity Girls’ Cross Country
Andie not only ran her fastest time of the season, she ran a lifetime personal best at the Paul Short Invitational and bettered her time from last year by nearly four minutes. Her improvement this season is evidence of her dedication to the sport.
Megan Konen '13 (Bradenton, FL) Varsity Girls’ Water Polo
Megan works incredibly hard, never complains, and has really overachieved this season. She’s a great example for the result of good, old-fashioned hard work.
Varun Yerram '14 (Phoenixville, Pa.) JV Boys’ Cross Country
Last year, Varun ran 28:53 for the 5k course at the Paul Short Invitational. Only one year later at the same meet, he ran a very respectable 20:49. You don’t often see eight minute improvements in one year!
