Coach Johnson graduated from Princeton University in 2000 with an A.B. degree in politics and earned his master's degree in educational leadership at Villanova University in 2005. He came to The Hill in 2000 to serve as the director of student activities and moved to the classroom full time as an instructor of history in 2004, focusing on world history and United States history. In 2011, he was appointed as the Dean of Faculty. In addition to being the head softball coach, Coach Johnson also is the head varsity girls' water polo coach, and spent several years coaching girls' basketball.
