Baseball advances to PAISAA quarterfinals |

Kyushik Nam '13 went 2-for-2 with a homerun, a triple, and scored four additional runs to lead the host Blues to a 14-2, five-inning win over Phelps School in the opening round of the PAISAA championship tournament. Kyle Tipping '12, George Stokes '13 and Jamie Forrest '13 shared the pitching duties, allowing only two hits and two unearned runs. Austin Black '13 hit a bases-clearing triple, and Joey Monzo '13 also tripled on the day. Eighth seed Hill (12-6, 6-3 MAPL) will face top-seeded Malvern Prep in the quarterfinals at Malvern on Thursday afternoon. |
