This past summer, Annie McLaughlin ’11 appeared on The Sunny Side Up Show on PBS KIDS Sprout during “good sportsmanship” week. While explaining to preschoolers how to play field hockey and demonstrating the type of equipment used, a video clip of her scoring a goal during the National Futures Tournament in Virginia Beach, Va. was shown. While wearing one of her medals from the tournament, Annie also participated in several other activities on the show, including sending birthday greetings and acknowledging children for their good behavior.
