Playing J-ball on the Quad

J-Ball, short for “Javelin Ball,” is a game created by Hill students and involves playing a game of baseball with a tennis ball and tennis racquet; only one player on the team is allowed to use a glove. Many students enjoy the tradition of making team t-shirts and competing against one another in a “serious” yet fun game of J-Ball. The annual J-Ball tournament is held in the spring, with the championship game taking place the week leading up to Commencement.
