	Donald Silverson, CFO, Treasurer
	I just completed my first year as Treasurer and CFO at The Hill School. I found my year to be very fulfilling, as we have advanced many of the financial and capital program initiatives outlined in the Strategic Plan. This was my 11th year working as a business and financial officer at an independent school, having served five year terms at Abington Friends School and Newtown Friends School. My career in independent education was preceded by over twenty years in government and municipal finance. I have been an active volunteer, serving on Boards and Committees at Plymouth Meeting Friends School, the Philadelphia Area Independent Schools Business Officers Association (PAISBOA), and Chestnut Hill Meeting. I am a product of independent education, having graduated from the Hun School of Princeton. After Hun, I continued my education at Brown University and the University of Rhode Island. My wife, Kate, and I will be moving to Pottstown this fall, and look forward to becoming more involved in The Hill School community. Kate and I have two sons, Nat, a teacher at the Menlo (CA) School, and Nick, a sophomore at Bates College. 	Timothy D. Forester, C.P.A., Comptroller, Assistant Treasurer
	I graduated from Albright College with a B.S. in accounting, earned my C.P.A. designation within my first year of graduation, married my wife, and had two children before joining The Hill School in 2001. In addition to my duties in the business office, I serve as assistant wrestling coach where I have worked with some of the School’s most talented young people. My family and I are active in many aspects of the local community through our church, youth groups, and civic organizations. I serve as the treasurer of the North Coventry Water Authority, and I am a member of the board of the North Coventry Municipal Authority. 	Jeanne M. Sikora, Accounts Receivable Administrator
	I am a life long resident of Pottstown and I enjoy camping and travel. I have worked in the Business Office since 1982. I am responsible for the monthly tuition statements and can answer any billing questions. Some of my other duties include administering the Automatic Tuition Payment plan, recording capital gifts and maintaining files, bank reconciliations, and account collections.

	Debbie Mauger, Accounts Payable Administrator
	Living in Pottstown my entire life, I have been a member of Business Office since April 2003. Prior to working at The Hill, I worked at Levitz Furniture in Pottstown for 18 years in the accounting department. My responsibilities include paying all the bills for the School, purchase order coordinator for the school, bank reconciliations, and more. My hobbies include reading, shopping, & doing jigsaw puzzles, but my favorite thing to do is play with my 4 cats.

	Joseph A. Lombardo, Employee Benefits/Payroll Manager
	I am a graduate of Drexel University with a degree in accounting. Prior to coming to The Hill, I worked in Pottstown for over 30 years for a large retail company where I served as accounting manager. I live in East Norriton Township with Rita, my wife of 39 years. We have two grown daughters (twins) and 3 grandchildren (triplets). My function at Hill is to ensure that all employees are paid correctly and to administer the various benefit programs. 	Dawn M. Romig, Administrative Assistant
	I am a graduate of Pottsgrove High School, Berks Technical Institute, and Villanova University. I joined The Hill School Business Office staff in 2003. My duties include, managing student debit cards, processing tuition payments, debit card payments, and annual giving donations. I also joined the Athletic Department in 2004 as the assistant JV softball coach, and in 2007 I began working part-time on the weekends in Security.
