The following materials are to accompany your application (Note: ALL forms and questionnaires are forms that must be printed, completed, and returned to The Hill even if you completed your application online).
2.) Provide teachers at your current school with recommendation and transcript forms.
The Hill School also requires recommendations from the applicant's current English and mathematics teachers. Please provide the teachers with the appropriate recommendation form (see above), along with an envelope addressed to The Hill School Admission Office. The applicant's name must be on each form. Print the English Teacher Recommendation Form and Math Teacher Recommendation here.
Give the counselor recommendation form, along with an envelope addressed to The Hill School Admission Office, to the applicant's principal or guidance counselor, who should fill in both sides of the form. Print the Counselor Recommendation Form here.
Transcripts for each applicant must contain at least the first quarter or trimester of the current year and final grades from the previous year. Additional term or semester grades must be sent as they become available.
3.) Take the SSAT(Secondary School Admission Test), PSAT, or SAT, as an admission test.
Applicants must also take the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). Please make sure that test scores are sent directly to The Hill School. Our school code is 3898. Please register for the November, December, or January test dates, as it takes approximately three weeks to receive the results. Permission may be granted for students to submit a February test date. Applicants may register online here for the SSAT.
The Hill School also accepts score results of the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). Our school code for the ISEE is 395663. Register for the ISEE here.
4.) Interview with an admission officer. Applicants must arrange for an interview through The Hill School's Admission Office. Please contact us at 610-326-1000, ext. 7251.

SSAT tests are given individually after June 10 upon request.
