Parents Financial Statement (PFS) forms are mailed to all applicants who have indicated an interest in applying for financial aid.
By December 15
The PFS must be submitted or completed and sent to School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) to be processed. Families should send hard copies of the PFS to SSS by NAIS, Application Processing Center, P.O. Box 449, Randolph, MA 02368-0449. Access PFS online here. A copy of all 2010 federal tax returns and all schedules also must be submitted by December 15 deadline.
*For individuals who are self employed, please be sure to fill out and return a copy of the SSS/Business Farm Statement and return it to School and Students Services for Financial Aid (SSS).
By January 31
Send a copy of your 2011 W-2 to SSS by January 31, 2012. We understand that most families will not have their W-2s by this deadline date so we ask our families to send them as soon as soon as they receive them.

April 10
Response deadline to The Hill School for families awarded financial aid
May 1
Copy of completed 2011 1040 Tax Return with all supporting schedules mailed to SSS by NAIS in Randolph, MA.
Late applications
Families who have initiated the application process too late to allow them to comply with the deadline for filing financial aid are welcome to proceed. Limited funds may be available after initial awards have been offered.
