Hill on Tour! provides training in improvisation and audience participation to interested students. The acting troupe gives12 performances during a one-week time period to more than 2,500 students, kindergarten through third grade. Students involved in the tour will have a minimum of one overnight stay away from campus. There is a small fee that covers the students' expenses and includes a theatre trip to see a Broadway show in New York City.  In 2010, the troupe perforned Rumpelstiltskin, a play similar in structure to this year’s by the same author, Moses Goldberg. Burt Merriam, Director of the Center For The Arts, wrote and directed the 2011 adaptation and Hill on Tour performance of The Brave Little Tailor.
