The Hill School entered a new era of leadership with the 2012 appointment of Zachary G. Lehman as our 11th headmaster. In partnership with the Board of Trustees, and with the full support of the faculty, Headmaster Lehman has declared a bold, far-reaching vision for The Hill:
“Over the next 10 years, while staying very true to our core values, The Hill will reimagine and redefine a liberal arts secondary school education. We will combine all of the powerful ideals encompassed by The Family Boarding School with the best and most innovative practices of 21st century teaching and learning. People will simultaneously describe The Hill as the most traditional and the most innovative boarding school in the country.”
The Strength of All Campaign ― the most ambitious fundraising effort in our history, with a goal of securing $175 million in new gifts and commitments ― calls on alumni, parents and grandparents, faculty and staff, and friends of The Hill to give generously to
Enhancing Campus Facilities - including renovating and expanding the Dining Hall and building the new Quadrivium Center, Student Aid, Faculty Compensation, Hobart’s Run, and The Hill Fund.
