The Ellis Theatre Guild presents a theatre production each term of each school year. In the fall term, the theatre program presents a non-musical production or a musical cabaret depending on the needs of the program and the interests of those involved. During the winter term, the theatre cooperates with the music program to produce a musical theatre piece. In the spring, the theatre program alternates between producing a children’s play or a non-musical student production. Each of these efforts is designed to provide students in the program with a variety of acting and production styles so as to create a well-rounded theatre program.
The Record, Hill's literary journal, offers opportunities to have to student work published. Shows in the Boyer Gallery during the fall and spring terms display the progress of artists enrolled in various courses.
