Founded in 1851 and located in Pottstown, Pa., The Hill School is a selective boarding school for 512 students in 9th through 12th grade from a variety of geographic and socio-economic backgrounds. The Hill employs 96 faculty members and 137 staff members. All candidates should be highly qualified, with prior secondary education experience preferable. In addition to competitive salary and benefits, nearly all of Hill’s faculty members live on campus, and housing is typically provided as part of the employment contract. Along with one’s primary role, faculty members are expected to assist in both the co-curricular afternoon program and the residential program in the evenings and on weekends.
