Below are some of the events scheduled for this year's theme of Community.
Saturday, September 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Open Doors- The Hill School opens its doors to the community. Participants will be transported from various sites in town by trolley to the CFTA where they will register and receive a map that highlights the architectural gems on campus. Refreshments will be served.
Friday, September 16 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. CFTA Theatre
Guest speaker Naomi Natale, TED Senior and Carl Wilkens Fellow will describe her involvement with the project titled: “One Million Bones,” an art installation designed to recognize the millions of victims and survivors who have been killed or displaced by ongoing genocides. Her mission is to increase global awareness of these atrocities while raising funds needed to protect and aid survivors.
Saturday, September 17 from 8:30 to 11 a.m.
Third form and town community will participate in Yoga in the Park at Manatawny Park in Pottstown; fourth form students will participate in a global community awareness activity; fifth form students will participate in a Community Service project; and sixth form students will visit the Longview Center for Agriculture in Collegeville, Pa. for a sustainability project.
Wednesday, September 21
International Peace Day- Global Truce: Peace Pinwheels will be exhibited on the Quad.
Saturday, October 8 from noon to 2 p.m.
Students and faculty are encouraged to attend the Schuylkill River Festival in Pottstown

Symposia Days: Class projects and activities through the lens of the Community theme.

Sixth Form Leadership Award Honorees
Friday, March 23
The third form will have their annual History of Art and Music trip. Members of the fourth form will participate in either a Habitat for Humanity project or the Carousel at Pottstown mosaic. Fifth and sixth form students will be on campus meeting with Career Day speakers who have occupations which revolve around service
Saturday, March 24 and Sunday, March 25 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
