Effective July 1, 2022, Jennifer (Hee Won) Kang ’10 was appointed to the Board of Trustees; Michael Harris '84 P'22 will serve as the new Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees, and Peter Humphrey '72 P'02 has been named an Honorary Trustee.

On Friday evening, May 27, The Hill School honored the class of 2022 with a Class Day Gala, including one final seated meal in the Dining Hall followed by an awards ceremony in the Center For The Arts.
We welcomed "home" more than 100 alumni who had the honor of inducting a graduate into the Alumni Association by pinning their Hill School pin to their Sixth Form Blazers.

The Hill School announces Mike Boyer as the School’s new Associate Head Football Coach and Offensive Coordinator for the 2022 football season. With more than 25 years of experience as a football coach and educator, Coach Boyer joins The Hill most recently from Albright College in Reading, Pa., where he has served as an Assistant Football Coach for the past 13 years.
Lamarca joins The Hill from Souderton Area High School where she has served as a school counselor and the head girls’ lacrosse coach for the past three years. She is a 2017 graduate of Monmouth University where she was captain of the Division 1 Women’s Lacrosse Team.
Each year, the Congressional Institute sponsors a high school Congressional Art Competition, the Artistic Discovery Contest, to recognize and encourage artistic talent in the nation and in each congressional district. Pork Belly, an oil painting by Angela Jin ’24, was chosen as the overall winner of the 2022 Congressional Art Competition for the Fourth District of Pennsylvania. Shadow Walking, a photograph by Grace Capecci ’24, and Traffic Light, a photograph by Yina Yao ’25, were selected as runners-up in the competition.
This immersive theatrical event based on the popular trilogy of novels by Suzanne Collins will come to life on (and off) stage for the first time ever at The Hill School on Friday, May 20 at 7:15 p.m. with additional shows on Saturday, May 21 at 7:15 p.m. and Sunday, May 22 at 5 p.m.
The Hill School and Pottstown High School softball teams have come together to create the Pottstown Softball Fund “Two Teams, One Town” initiative, which supports local students who have an interest in playing softball.
The Hill School will hold its 171st Commencement Exercises on Saturday, May 29. The Baccalaureate service begins at 9 a.m. in the Alumni Chapel followed by the Commencement ceremony on the Quadrangle, beginning approximately at 10 a.m. Delivering this year’s Commencement address will be Ned Ide P’09 ’13, Edward C. Congdon '04 Senior Master Teacher of English and 23-year member of Hill’s faculty.
The students will stage a family-friendly theatrical reading with performed musical numbers from “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum” at 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 14.
We are pleased to announce that Lauren Hoyt and Jodi Robinson will serve as Co-Directors of College Counseling at The Hill School. This appointment will become effective July 1, 2022.
The Deans' List includes students who earned GPAs in the top 20 percent of their respective forms.
