The Hill School Celebrates the Opening of the 173rd School Year

The opening of our 2023-24 academic year was filled with activities and events including new student orientation activities, adviser meetings and seated meals, a historic Convocation, first full class days and afternoon activities, and Chapel orientation in the CFTA.

Hill Mourns the Loss of Beloved Faculty Member

The Hill School is mourning the loss of Dana Hunter, associate director of admission, who passed away the evening of August 17. A service honoring Dana will be held on Saturday, August 26 at The Hill School.

John Fath Named Head Tennis Coach

John Fath joins The Hill after graduating from The University of Pennsylvania this past year. He brings years of tennis experience to Hill and is eager to build upon an already strong program.

Hill School Counseling Team Recognized by the Caron Foundation

Director of Counseling Lisa Roethling and The Hill School's counseling team were honored at the Caron Foundation’s 21st Annual Greater Philadelphia Community Service Awards Breakfast when they received this year's Terry Muzzy Educational Excellence Award.

Hill School Student Philanthropy Council Awards $25,000 in Grants

Nine Pottstown-area nonprofits received funding for specific projects from The Hill School's Student Philanthropy Council: Berks Connections Pretrial Services, The Foundation for Pottstown Education, Montgomery Child Advocacy Project, Mother Goose Read to Me, Pottstown FARM, Pottstown Historical Society, Project Purpose, Schuylkill River Greenways, and Steel River Playhouse.
