Artwork by Athey Family Master Teacher of the Arts and Chair of the Arts Department Diane Deery P'21 '23 currently is featured in the InLiquid: New Now V and Moore College of Arts and Design’s Juried Alumni Biennial: Rare Visions & Roadside Revelations exhibits

 “Wishing Well” (pictured below) is on display with the New Now V exhibit from July 29 – September 3, 2022. An opening reception is being held on August 11 at 6 p.m. at the Crane Arts Building in Philadelphia, Pa.

InLiquid is featuring their new members in their fifth annual showcase, New Now V, where the artists are challenged and encouraged to work across all mediums, themes, and perspectives. Assemblage, collage, abstraction, quilt making, neon bending, and filmmaking were all possible creative processes for them to explore while making reference to history, science, math, and pop-culture. “The Next Wave” and “Double Vision” (pictured below) are on display with the Rare Visions & Roadside exhibit from June 4 – September 2, 2022, at The Galleries at the Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, Pa.

Juried Alumni Biennial features selected artwork from Moore College of Art and Design alumni every two years for the chance to have their artwork on display. This year’s show, Rare Visions & Roadside, include two different fields of creative exploration: the emotional and physical, and idealism and fantasy. Read more here.
