Trevon Foster '26 Breaks Another Track and Field School Record

Trevon Foster '26 accomplished an incredible feat on Sunday, February 25, 2024, at the Pennsylvania Track and Field Coaches Association (PTFCA) Championships at Penn State University by winning the 60m high hurdles event with a new School record of 7.85!

With this impressive time, he is currently ranked 8th in the United States. Foster was joined at Penn State by Track and Field Head Coach Bill Yinger '95 (left) and Coach Williams (right) from Norristown, Pa., who has worked with him for two years.

“Trevon has already proven himself to be a generational talent in the hurdles and he has only been a part of the Hill Track and Field Team for four months,” Coach Yinger states. “His work ethic is incomparable, his discipline is commendable, and his genuine love of the sport is infectious when you see this special young man compete.”

Previously this season, on December 18, 2023, Foster broke another School record and meet record at the Bishop Loughlin Games during the 55 high hurdles event with a time of 7.43.

Foster will travel to the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center in Boston, Ma., to compete in the New Balance Nationals on March 7-8.
