Information for College Representatives

We are excited to welcome you to our campus and look forward to sharing our school and students with you. Below are some general guidelines and helpful tips as you plan your travel schedule. Our school policy prohibits students from missing class to meet with college representatives. 

Times and Dates for Visits:

You may schedule a visit with us through Hill’s specific page on Maia. You should log into Maia using your University Account at Maia. If you have not used Maia, here is a link to instructions. You can also book your slot for College Night through Maia. Please be sure to provide your cell phone number in case of emergency.

In addition to individual daytime visits, we will host two College Nights for up to 25 colleges this year. The entire fifth form and most of the sixth form class will attend the College Nights. Registration for the College Nights is also through Maia.

Directions to Campus:

The College Counseling Office is located in the Academic Center on the first floor, across from the Head of School’s Office. Daytime visitors may park in the visitor parking located by Meigs House (Admission Office). Participants in the College Nights will park in the Center For The Arts parking lot.
