Information for College Representatives

We are excited to welcome you to our campus and look forward to sharing our school and students with you. Below are some general guidelines and helpful tips as you plan your travel schedule. Our school policy prohibits students from missing class to meet with college representatives. 
 

You may schedule a visit with us through Hill’s specific page on Explore by Cialfo: EXPLORE. If you have not used Explore by Cialfo, here is a link to instructions. We will be hosting visits Monday through Friday during the academic day. Please be sure to provide your cell phone number in case of emergency.

In addition to individual daytime visits, we will host two College Nights for up to 25 colleges this year. The entire fifth form and most of the sixth form class will attend the College Nights. Registration for the College Nights is also through Cialfo.

The College Counseling Office is located in the Academic Center on the first floor, across from the Headmaster’s Office. Daytime visitors may park in the visitor parking located by Meigs House (Admission Office). Participants in the College Nights will park in the Center For The Arts parking lot.
