Lodging and Accommodations

Dormitory Accommodations: Sheets, pillows, and towels will be provided for guests staying in the dormitories. There are no phones or fans in the rooms. All bathrooms are communal. Cots are available for children if requested. Please indicate the number of cots needed when registering. Every attempt will be made to place you and your classmates in the same dormitory.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions


Q. I want to attend! When and where can I register?
A. Registration will be available in January 2020 online. After June 1, walk - in registration will be available in the John P. Ryan Library beginning at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2020.

Q. Is transportation from the airport provided?
A. The Hill is happy to handle all transportation needs on campus. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide shuttles or transportation service to and from hotels, airports, train stations or other outside locations. Here are some helpful options:
  • The closest train station to The Hill is in Norristown, Pa., which is approximately 35 minutes by taxi cab. This train station is accessible from the Philadelphia Airport.
  • The closest major airports are Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Lehigh Valley International (ABE) which are both approximately 60 minutes from campus (depending on traffic).
  • Local Transportation Options:
    • Sterling Limo Service (215-598-3701) Open 24 hours, but lead time is necessary
    • Pottstown Cab Company (610-327-1111) Available from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday – Saturday
    • Uber and Lyft - downloadable on the Microsoft, Google, and Apple App stores. Car availability and rates may vary.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Casual dress is appropriate for the weekend. Friday evening dress is coat and tie for men and cocktail attire for women.
Q. Is the gym open?
A. The Cunningham Pool and the Fitness Center will be open from 1 - 5 p.m. on Friday and from 9 - 11 a.m. on Saturday. Please bring towels. The School does not provide equipment for any athletics activities.
Q. Is childcare available?
A. Children are welcome at Reunion and many events are family-friendly; however, children are not permitted at dinner on both Friday and Saturday evenings. The School will offer childcare (including meals and activities) for children 6 months to 14 years of age on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30 - 11 p.m. The fee for childcare is $30 per day (per child). You must reserve space for your child(ren) in order to utilize childcare. Be sure to note any food allergies at the time of registration.
Q. Where can I stay while I attend Reunion?
A. Two lodging options are available for the weekend on campus housing or a local hotel. On campus housing includes sheets, pillows, and towels for guests staying in the dormitories.
