Reunion Weekend FAQs

I want to attend! When and where can I register?
Online registration will be available until May 31. Walk-in registration will be available in the John P. Ryan Library starting at 3 p.m. on Friday, June 7.

I am not in this Reunion cycle.  Can I still attend?
While we are celebrating classes ending in 4s and 9s, we invite all alumni to come back "home" for Reunion!

What is a "Major Milestone" year?
Hill recognizes the 5th, 25th, and 50th Reunion years as major milestones. As such, additional events may be included in the schedule for these classes.

How will I connect with my classmates?
You will have the opportunity to interact with your classmates during the many activities planned throughout the weekend. Attendees will gather by class for the alumni parade on Friday evening. We will also reserve tables at meals by class years/decades to help you find one another.

How do I know if my classmates will be attending?

Where can I stay?
Alumni are welcome to register for on-campus housing. All effort will be made to accommodate roommate requests. Housing within the same dorm as your class can only be guaranteed with pre-registration. Walk-ins will be housed based on availability.

Recognizing that some may feel more comfortable staying off campus, we do have a block of rooms reserved at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Hampton Inn Limerick, and the Best Western Plus. View a list of recommended hotels in the area.

What can I expect if I stay in the dorm?
Sheets, pillows, and towels will be provided for guests staying in the dormitories.  Please note that toiletries are not provided.  Most the dorms are not air conditioned, so you may want to bring a fan if the weekend is calling for warmer weather.  There is one bathroom per floor, so if you are sharing a room with your spouse/partner, the bathrooms will be communal.

What should I wear?
Attire for the weekend and Friday dinner is casual. The dinners on Saturday evening require Academic Dress.  Academic Dress consists for two options (1) jacket, button down shirt, tie, and pants; or (2), shirt/blouse, skirt, dress, or slacks.

Are families welcome at Reunion?
You are welcome to bring your spouse/partner and children to Reunion as many events are family-friendly; however, cocktail receptions and dinner on both Friday and Saturday evenings are adult-only events. Childcare is available with pre-registration.

Where can I go to spend time with friends after campus closes for the evening?
Pottstown offers several great venues that you can visit for tasty food and drink. A few of our favorites include The Pourhouse, J.J. Ratigan Brewing Company, and the Blue Elephant.
