Pottstown Library CHAIR-ity Auction

Last year, four Hill School students in Mrs. Ellen Nelson's Studio Art 2 class painted chairs for the Pottstown Regional Public Library’s CHAIR-ity auction, which features wooden chairs hand-painted by local artists with designs inspired by books. The 2020 event was postponed and will now take place on Saturday, May 22, 2021 from noon to 3 p.m. at the Carousel at Pottstown.

Each student selected one of their favorite children’s books as a source of inspiration for their child-sized wooden chairs:
