On November 5, 2022, The Hill School meets The Lawrenceville School in New Jersey for their 135th year of the rivalry. This year, the Hill community will travel to New Jersey to cheer on the Blues as they compete against our longtime rival to win the Meigs-Green Cup. Last year, Lawrenceville beat Hill by 2 points, 10.5 – 8.5, giving Hill the determination to bring the cup back home this year.
Hill's theme for this week is "Blue November" in celebration of our home team, the Philadelphia Phillies, advancing onto the Major League Baseball World Series in “Red October.” We invite all parents, alumni, and friends of The Hill to join us in cheering on the Blues in New Jersey! Please be sure to stop by the Hill hospitality tent for refreshments and Hill swag. See below for the day's schedule.
The JV football team played on Monday, October 31 with Lawrenceville winning 14-6. The varsity girls’ (3:30 p.m.), varsity boys' (4:30 p.m.), and JV boys' (5:30 p.m.) water polo teams play at Lawrenceville on Wednesday, November 2.
