

After four outstanding years on the lacrosse field, Sydney Saracene '25 achieved a remarkable milestone in her Hill career, scoring her 100th goal during a game against The Peddie School at Madden Stadium on Thursday, May 1, 2025. Hill defeated the Falcons 16-2.
“This is such a well-deserved milestone for Sydney,” exclaims Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach Claudia LaMarca. “She really has contributed to every single game during her time at Hill – whether goals, assists, or draw controls – and no matter the circumstance, she always gives 100 percent.”
Hill’s varsity girls’ lacrosse team has won eight games this season and is currently 5-0 in the Mid-Atlantic Prep League (MAPL). The team will face off against rival The Lawrenceville School for the MAPL Championship on Saturday, May 10, at 11:30 a.m. at Madden Stadium.
Sydney will certainly be a large piece of the offense during the game on Saturday. According to Coach LaMarca, “She makes us better; she helps us find success; and she celebrates her teammates.”
