Our coaching philosophy combines the latest scientific research in human physiology with team building, discipline, and good sportsmanship. Our runners work hard and meet their individual race and workout goals while supporting and encouraging all their teammates as they work towards theirs. These young men study their sport, know its history, its milestones, and its heroes. They understand the physiological processes that each type of workout emphasizes, and realize they have undertaken a lifetime sport that gives back exactly what they put in. The level of camaraderie and support is high, and though the workouts are strenuous, this team truly enjoys what it does.
