Boys' Soccer

Boys' Soccer

Traditionally a very popular fall sport at The Hill, boys soccer teams are fielded every year at the varsity, JV, and thirds levels, giving every boy who is interested the opportunity to play interscholastic soccer.

The School’s location in suburban-Philadelphia allows Hill to compete against some of the best competition in the country, as every season’s schedule features no less than two nationally ranked and five regionally-ranked opponents.

The Hill is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Prep League,  which also includes Blair Academy (N.J.), The Hun School (N.J.), Lawrenceville (N.J.), Mercersburg Academy (Pa.), and Peddie School (N.J.); Hill has won a league-best nine titles, including five of the past nine.  Non-league matches include a preseason trip to the Washington, D.C. area for two matches; several opponents from the Philadelphia Inter-Ac and Friends School leagues; and some of the top teams in New Jersey, including perennial national power St. Benedict’s.

At the end of the season, Hill competes in the Pennsylvania Independent School Athletic Association (PAISAA) State Championship Tournament, comprised of that season’s 16-best independent school teams in the state.
