Girls' Volleyball

The Hill School's girls' volleyball program was established in the fall of 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for Hill Athletics. We are excited for Hill student-athletes to be part of something from the very beginning and to help shape not just a team, but a legacy.

With overwhelming interest from both returning and new students, Hill will field a varsity and JV in their inaugural season. The team enjoyed a full, productive summer off-season training and preseason workouts and will play a full Mid-Atlantic Prep League (MAPL) schedule with several competitive non-league matches rounding out the schedule. After thoughtful renovations and enhancements made to accommodate the new program, historic Sweeney Gym will be the home of Hill Girls’ Volleyball.

Head Coach Stephanie Lawrence leads an experienced coaching staff that also includes Chris Allander and Thérese Fischer. These coaches combine for 30+ years of experience playing and coaching at the high school, college, and club levels.

The goal for Hill Girls’ Volleyball is simple: build a strong program rooted in hard work, sportsmanship, and genuine team culture. We welcome athletes who love the game and want to grow, both as players and as people, alongside teammates who push each other to be better every day.
