Office of Strategy Management

The Office of Strategy Management (OSM) oversees all school communications (print, website, email, social media, photography, digital signage); marketing; graphic design/visual identity/brand management; event planning; as well as alumni, parent, and media relations. Our job is to help promote the good work and exciting things happening at our School in fun, creative, and identifiably Hill ways.

Submitting a Project or Photography Request

  • Please complete the appropriate Request Form that pertains to your particular project – links are included below. Consider this process the equivalent of submitting a SchoolDude request for our Facilites Department or a Help Desk ticket to ITS.
     
  • Submitting this formal request helps our office streamline and manage the many projects that come through and prioritize them – admission and fundraising-related work generally takes precedence since they are the revenue-generating offices for the school.
     
  • In a given week, it is not uncommon for us to see as many as 15 project requests come through from various departments on campus with varying levels of complexity, so we ask for your patience and flexibility.
     
  • We respectfully ask that if you or your office has a project involving use of The Hill logo/mark that you please work with OSM to be sure it falls within the design guidelines. You may access the OSM Sharepoint folder with our Branding Guidelines here. 
     
  • The School doesn not currently have a videographer on staff. 
Important: Please be mindful of deadlines and requests from OSM for information. We ask that you please submit design requests 6 weeks in advance. This is to take into account time needed for multiple rounds of proofing, working with the printer to ensure they have paper in stock and can fit our project into their work queue, time of year, and other projects that our design team is working on.
