Biography:

Ms. Engman is in her second year at The Hill, joining the clinical counseling team from an independent school in North Philadelphia. She has experience counseling teenagers and young professionals who manage anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and emotional regulation. Ms. Engman also has a long history of coaching before making a career shift to counseling, and always enjoys working with student-athletes.  She works from a holistic and eclectic model, and enjoys helping students make meaning in their lives and reach their potential. Ms. Engman enjoys playing squash, hiking with her dog (and friends!), and painting.
