• Each member of the Class of 2024 may invite two guests to attend the dinner. Seating for this event is preassigned.
• Each member of the Class of 2024 may invite four guests to attend the Class Day Awards and Dessert Reception. Seating for this event is open.
• All guests must be registered by May 10. 
• Please be sure to pick up your Commencement Welcome Packet at the Center For The Arts check-in area beginning at 5 p.m. The packet will contain important information about the weekend including your tickets for the Baccalaureate Service.

BACCALAUREATE & COMMENCEMENT EVENT DETAILS  |  Saturday, May 25, 2024

• Each member of the Class of 2024 may invite two guests to attend the Baccalaureate Service. 
• The Baccalaureate Service will be livestreamed to the Quadrangle for additional guests to enjoy.
• Seating for Commencement is first come, first served. All guests must be registered by May 10. 
• Guests who did not pick up their Commencement Welcome Packets on Friday containing their Baccalaureate tickets may arrive at the registration area located at the Center For The Arts beginning at 8 a.m.
• Event is rain or shine. Overflow seating will not be tented, so in the event of inclement weather, please bring rain jackets. Umbrellas will not be permitted.
• Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
• The Commencement Ceremony will be livestreamed and available on The Hill School’s website for those family and friends not able to travel to campus.
